Registration

Entering the Programme is easy. You have received a card with "Customer Loyalty Programme - Palác Flóra" written on it? Then all you need to do is register. Online registration is effective immediately.

You will only need to register the card if you plan to use the Customer Loyalty feature, to use it as a Customer Gift Card you do not have to register it.

You can also register elsewhere. If you received a paper registration form along with your card, simply fill it in and leave it in one of the collecting boxes near Palác Flóra exits. This registration will become active within 48 hours, while online registration becomes effective immediately.

All fields in the registration form are compulsory.
