How does a Customer Gift Card work?

It is a great idea to give the card to your friends, family or business partners. I often spend long time thinking about the best presents for certain people and sometimes I don’t know what their size is or their favourite colour. If you are like me, simply come to one of the participating stores in Palác Flóra and buy them a Customer Gift Card with the minimum value of CZK 500. You will also receive a gift envelope along with your card. The recipient of the card will then be able to use it to pay for purchases in Palác Flóra similarly to a bank card. Don’t forget to read the terms and conditions of use of the card though. You will find them on the back side of the gift envelope or on www.palacflora.cz. You will learn a number of important facts about the card and its use, such as the fact that to use the card as a Customer Gift Card you do not need to register for the Customer Loyalty Programme.
